What if the item I want is sold out?
We try very hard to insure that all items available for purchase through the website are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare instance that a purchased item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours and given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund, or to back-order the item and have it shipped to them once it is back in stock. We do not otherwise take back-orders of sold out items, unless there is a special note in the item description. If you are interested in an item that is marked "Sold Out", feel free to email us for information about when it will be available again.

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped by UPS Ground,FedEx, or USPS, direct from the manufacturer, within 2-4 days of order placement. Delays may be experienced during peak holiday season. As a result, some orders will ship in more than one part. Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO address generally ship by USPS Priority Mail. PO Boxes generally ship by USPS Parcel Post. Items that ship by "UPS Ground only" are not available to these customers. Other, faster shipment options are available by special request. Email us at sales@OutdoorToyConnection.com either before or immediately after placing an order for a shipping upgrade/quote. Orders shipping to Canada ship by Priority Mail whenever possible.
What if something is damaged or defective when it arrives?
Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to report any broken or defective items. If an item is damaged during shipment or defective on arrival, save all packaging and contact us immediately to have it replaced free of charge. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will pay the return shipping.
Can I return something?
If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, undamaged and complete items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, an order may be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
